Ilham-Inspiration

It is through ilham-'inspiration that i share many of the salawats, that i do but what is ilham? Know the more Dhikr you do the more the rays of (Nur-lights) impact you, which then softens your heart to receive or be in tuned with Spiritual Openings.

And this (Luft-Subtle Energy) is a communication as it then flows and allows you to also communicate spiritually or to at least receive some indications to of guidance or be guided.

('ilham-Spiritual inspiration) We have 70'000 khayal-thoughts) a day, some are the same from the days before others are new from new ideas or thoughts or knowledge learnt through all the modes of learning being books, listening, watching video and even silence.

A more a modern way to look at is with emails;the same way we get emails which are either useful from friends or junk emails. 

The Heart is the same we need to learn how to filter and delete junk mail thoughts from real mail thoughts and images and then further focus to receive higher level messages or indications.

(In NLP-Neuro Linguistic Programming, they teach you about visualisation and how to achieve your goals successfully through visualisation, it has dramatically changed many people’s lives and habits and mental problems too.

Also they also mention about 70,000 thoughts every day, this is taken from the Great Sufi Shaykh Muhayuddin ‘ibn Arabi the first person to mention this ever, but today in modern psychology or cognitive behavioural therapy NLP trainers also used these classical methods)

As for silence or deep contemplation thoughts in silence of Allah they say; (One hour of meditation-muraqaba is better than 70 years of worship)

The 70'000 khayal-thoughts are divided into 4 groups : 2 good and 2 bad.

The two Bad ones are;

Shaytaniyya - Evil.

Nafsiyya - desires/lusts.

The two Good ones are;

Ma'lakiyya – Angelic. 

Rabbaniyya - Lordly.

The good ones are from Heavenly divine sources that are spoken into the soul thus ilham. The bad ones was-was and jinni (which is a type Shaytaan) oriented that comes and enters from your back.

It Slinkers meaning - (stealthily yet still in creepy manner as from guilt or fear) to sneak, steal as from fear and cowardice or shame like a thief trying to enter from back via the shoulders into the heart with the feeling of heart and unease and disturbance within you.

The good ilham goes and enters into the front were the heart is with honour and respect like a guest entering. It also feels tranquil or sukun feeling of ease and coolness for the soul is feel were are unease and irritated with heat is feel with the bad ones. 

And this is the same when you surrounded by Angels or Jinn, so if your or heart feels perturbed and agitated and with heat and your heart feels tightening or contraction then Jinn.

But if your feel ease, cool or a feeling of expansion and overwhelming flow of increase to the soul then know you’re in the presence of an Angelic being this also the same with Saintly folk they can give the same feeling or hold it back at times.
